Using bulk actions

Select multiple tickets and run batch operations—mark Resolved, Invalid, or Spam in one go.

Bulk actions let you perform the same operation on many tickets at once—ideal for routine cleanup after a high‑volume period.

Steps

  1. Open the ticket list view.

  2. Use the checkboxes to select multiple tickets or use Select all to pick the current page.

  3. Click the Bulk actions menu; available options include marking selected tickets as Resolved, Invalid, or Spam.

  4. Confirm the action and wait for the UI to process the changes.

Verification

  • After the operation completes, the tickets should disappear from the current list (for example, Resolved tickets drop out of the Focused queue). Check a few changed tickets to confirm the new status.

Tip

  • Learn keyboard shortcuts to speed selection and navigation during bulk triage.
