  • Mac: use Cmd. Windows/Linux: use Ctrl.

  • Some shortcuts won’t trigger while you’re typing in a text field.

Ticket list (Inbox)

Shortcut Action
Cmd / Ctrl + K Open search and focus the input
N New message
J Focus the first ticket in the list
↑ / ↓ Move focus between tickets (selection checkbox focus)
X Toggle selection (selection checkbox focus)
Enter Open the focused ticket
R Mark selected tickets as resolved (bulk actions visible)
I Mark selected tickets as invalid (bulk actions visible)
! Mark selected tickets as spam (bulk actions visible)

Ticket detail (Ticket overlay)

Shortcut Action
J Next ticket (when opened from a list)
K Previous ticket (when opened from a list)
! Toggle spam for the current ticket
R Close ticket as resolved
I Close ticket as invalid
O Close ticket as other/uncategorized
A Reopen (waiting on associate) (closed tickets only)
C Reopen (waiting on customer) (closed tickets only)
Cmd / Ctrl + Enter Send reply / internal note (from the composer)
T Open assignee picker (open tickets only)
Esc Close the ticket overlay
