Migration Guide

Move from other support tools to initdesk.

If you’re currently using an inbox or help desk tool like Help Scout, Zendesk, Zoho, or similar—and you’re considering switching to initdesk—we can help.

Every support setup is a little different. Some teams need to migrate multiple inboxes, preserve workflows, keep ticket history, or match an existing tagging and routing system.
