Setting your app language

Change the initdesk interface language to English, Spanish, or Portuguese in your Profile menu.

initdesk supports a multi‑language interface (English, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil) as announced). Agents can change UI language from their profile.

Steps

  1. Click your avatar to open the Profile menu.

  2. Select Your profile and locate Language preference (Product Updates mention changing language in Profile).

  3. Choose the preferred language and save. The UI will refresh into the selected language.

Verification

  • After saving, the navigation labels and menus should display in the selected language.

Edge cases

  • If you switch languages and see untranslated strings, please notify the product team: Sidebar → Help.
