Translate messages in one‑click
Use the one‑click translation feature to read customer messages in your language without leaving the ticket.
Message translation lets agents translate incoming messages directly inside the ticket view.
Steps

Open a ticket containing a message in another language.

Click the Translate button near the message.

The message will be translated inline. Use the translation to craft your reply, or use the AI draft feature to generate a response in the customer’s language.
